Most companies are sitting on six figures of wasted salary doing things AI can do in minutes.

I find it. I fix it. Fast. I've built and led teams of 50 across six time zones without losing the thread once. You can have that on a retainer.

Why this exists

You've sat across from a consultant who handed you a slide deck full of things you already knew, charged you for the privilege, and was gone before anything changed.

I've been on the other side of that table too. Twenty-one years running my own business taught me that the only thing that matters is whether the work actually ships. AI changes what's possible for lean teams. But someone has to wire it in, lead the change, and hold the line when it gets uncomfortable.

That's what I do.

Who I am

Geordie Wardman in smokejumper gear, early 1990s

Bermudian.
Ex-smokejumper.
Five companies.
Four exits.

CEO · COO · CTO · AI Ops Specialist

I've sat in the CEO seat, the COO seat, and the CTO seat — sometimes in the same year. That range isn't accidental. I've always been more interested in making things work than in what the business card says.

What I do

Most businesses don't need another full-time hire.

They need one person who can take the thing that's been sitting on the whiteboard since last January and make it real. That's the job.

I work fractional, remotely, on one problem at a time. No workshops. No training. No slide decks about what we're going to do someday. I pick up the fuzzy brief, build it using AI-first principles, and hand it back done.

Fast. Lean. One thing at a time until it ships.

On knowing the old rules

How To Make Software — The Non Technical Guide for Business People by Geordie Wardman

I wrote the book on how to build software.
Most of it is now ancient history.

It took years to figure out what actually works when building teams and shipping products. The people problems. The communication breakdowns. The gap between what a client says they want and what they actually need.

Then AI rewrote the playbook. Not updated it — rewrote it. The rules that took a decade to learn became the starting point for something completely new. So I learned the new rules.

That's the only advantage worth having right now: knowing the old game well enough to understand exactly what changed, and being willing to play the new one without nostalgia for the old one.

In 2023, my 20-year-old son passed.
Now everything I do is Powered by Finn.

The Finn Wardman World Explorer Fund exists because of him — to send young people into the world the way he lived in it. Fully.

It's the reason you can work with me as a fractional. Every retainer, every project — it all flows into the World Explorer Fund. I'm building it until it sends grants to 18 to 26 year olds from Bermuda and beyond on auto-pilot, for good.

I built this site in under 8 hours using AI-first principles. Full stack: design decisions, architecture, copy, code, deployed. The same project in 2023 would have taken 6 to 8 weeks and a team. So when I tell you there's six figures of wasted salary sitting in your business, this is what I mean. I've already done it to myself.

When you put the right operator in the right seat, good things happen.

I have never worked with a boss like Geordie before. He is so dedicated that I become uncomfortable with giving less than 100%.

Galya

Kicking butt with Claude and AI tools to smash inbound leads and sales.

Alex K

I've known Geordie for over a decade. He looked at my workflow and transformed it into a streamlined time-saving system that cut my workload in half. An inspiration both personally and professionally.

Mitch B

Geordie gives you autonomy, but not ambiguity. Teams know he won't micromanage, yet he will step in firmly when accountability or client impact is at risk. Some find that clarity uncomfortable because it removes room for excuses.

Ana

His instincts combined with an eagle-eye view of the business allow him to spot opportunities early, align teams quickly, and turn vision into measurable growth.

Mark H

Exceptionally good at turning strategy into clear actions and measurable results.

Glenn Y

Thoughtful, understanding, direct. Keeps all of the pieces moving in the right direction — from technology, sales, marketing, finance.

Patrick

Geordie is not a micromanager and enables us to do what we're best at. He's confident in our skills — and that confidence is contagious.

Jeremy R

In high-pressure moments, Geordie stays calm, focused, and very engaged. His ability to combine vision with execution. A leader who sets a high bar and genuinely cares about both the product and the people.

Jesse H

At times it was crazy. Orders coming in, line of credit stress, inventory all over the place. But it always worked out. Can't say enough good things about Geordie's character and commitment.

Drew — Co-founder, Bermuda Styles

His ability to juggle multiple projects was particularly impressive. Intelligence, honesty, and high professionalism are the qualities I value most in Geordie.

Dima

Calm and collected. Super easy to talk to and work through things.

Victoria

He reminds us that we're more than just roles. We're people.
