Test Ventures Ltd. is a company registered in the British Virgin Islands. Our office is at Route du Golf 14, Verbier, 1936, Switzerland. We operate the website testventures.net and provide fractional operations services to youth nonprofits.

What we collect

When you fill out the contact form on our site, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and any details you share about your needs. This information is sent to us via Formspree and stored in our email. We use it only to respond to your inquiry.

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use analytics tools. We do not sell, share, or trade your personal information with anyone.

Third-party services

Our contact form is processed by Formspree (formspree.io). Scheduling links go through Apollo.io. Both services have their own privacy policies. We have no control over their data handling beyond what they publish.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete any data we hold about you at any time by emailing info@finnwardman.com. We will comply within 30 days.

Terms of service

Our services are provided on a month-to-month subscription basis. There are no long-term contracts. You may pause or cancel at any time. Refund terms are described on the main site (75% refund within the first week).

All work produced for you is yours. We retain no ownership of deliverables once paid for. We may reference the working relationship in general terms (e.g., "we work with youth nonprofits") but will never share your name, data, or specifics without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided as-is. We do our best work, but we are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or downstream consequences arising from the use of deliverables we produce. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the current billing period.
